“Soon after landing in Georgia, we wanted to set off in search of some of that famed “Southern hospitality.” That journey wasn’t a lengthy one as we soon had the good fortune of meeting Adrienne at “Smokey Bones” in Columbus. She immediately greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home!We decided to go “all in” on our “all rib” entrees and enjoyed both their “Signature House Smoked Ribs” and their “Imported Baby Back Ribs.”While the deliciousness of their ribs was of no surprise, the quality of their sides was and the “Mashed Potato and Gravy” and the “BBQ Baked Beans” were good enough to emerge from the shadow of their entrée counterparts and forge their individual paths.I have to admit that I felt excitedly like we were being admitted to an exclusive Southern fraternity/sorority when Adrienne mentioned that she’d be bringing a “bone bag” to accompany our meals. I (eventually) figured out that she was bringing us a paper bag…for us to put our bones into…when we were finished with them. (It’s ok if you feel the need to read that a few times over to get the gist. That just means that you and I could then start that exclusive fraternity/sorority that I mistakenly thought already existed! ?♂️)While enjoying some BBQ in the South was something I had always aspired to experience, I also had my first taste of “Sweet Tea” and it was everything that I had hoped for. Sweet and flavorful, but without being ridiculously amped up with cups full of sugar. It was “tastefully done” just as I had imagined! Thanks Adrienne and “Smokey Bones” for welcoming us to the South! ?And that’s…Henry’s Take.#southernbbq#smokeybones”
“The food here is amazing! And so is the service. Reservations are not required, but recommended. It takes approximately 40 minutes for them to make your meal. And it is so worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“the food is always good my waiter Walter was excellent.. I'm just not happy paying $2.95 for a lemonade, because I asked for water with lemon. next time tell me 2 slices of lemon cost that much cause I wouldn't dare .. especially when I carry my own lemon packs just Incase.”
“These are the best tamales I've had. There is a very small dining room to have them freshly steamed or they also sell them frozen, and they reheat wonderfully at home. Their sauces are excellent. The owner and staff are super nice.”
“We were staying at a nearby hotel and found this place online to pick up a pizza. What a great choice. We called it in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was as great. Would definitely recommend.”
“Food was amazing, definitely the best Indian food I've had. Our server was very polite and great on refilling our water. The atmosphere was really calm and refreshing. Would come again!Parking: Perfect parking in the shopping mall during dinner hours.”
“It was a very classy place to eat at I would recommend it highly and I would definitely return the food was excellent as well as the service. Mary who was in training was excellent as well as Jasmine . I would definitely return. I'm sure as it becomes more knowledgeable it will be more difficult to get in. As we had reservations and the location was relatively new. This review is for the Midland location . The only thing is they need to have more lower table tops.”
“We had a wonderful meal tonight and Malloy was an excellent server. Very knowledgeable about the history of the mill itself and made sure everything was to our liking. Way to go Malloy thanks for making our evening so nice.”
“All menu items we ordered here are amazingly DELICIOUS. My favorite is their Shrimp & Grits. It’s the best I’ve ever had.Tucker, Lexy, and Hannah provides phenomenal customer service. Patio being dog friendly is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this little hidden gem. Thank you for the 5/5 experience each time we’re here!”
“The best meal I've had anywhere! Easily even better than the fine dining places I've been to Atlanta. The pork chop is perfection; the desserts are divine. You can smell the good time you're in for before you get through the door. Steaks so tender they fall right off the bone. Come hungry, and bring someone you love. This place is truly a spiritual experience.”
“we've been 3 times in 3 weeks. it's definitely my new favorite spot in columbus. the coffee is wonderful, food is delicious and a great staff. 100% recommend giving them a shot.”
“Stopped by Columbus's Best Donuts today. I got one of the best apple fritters I've ever had. Cute little spot with great customer service. I will be back soon.”
“A steakhouse in the middle of nowhere that is usually packed. That says something. We have ridden by this place dozens of times en route to Alabama and have wanted to stop and finally got the opportunity. We now know why it's packed. The steaks are cooked perfectly and the seafood is delicious. Give this place a try if you're in the area.”
“Y’all we discovered an amazing new (to us) place in Columbus ..we were greeted by a friendly smiling staff as soon as we walked in and it was genuine kindness not fake and oh my soul and body was the food delicious…I mean really really delicious..the owner miss Parker brought us our food and chatted for a few mins and she’s a sweet lady..they have amazing coffee as well and tons and tons of sugar free latte options..Melissa my wife commented that it was like stepping back in time to when food quality was excellent and when the restaurant staff cared about your experience….yall please give them a try…..our faves were the Ruben and the roast beef hot pressed sandwiches and butternut squash soup..I was Leary about trying squash soup but it was so delicious I could eat it every day…”
“The ambience and atmosphere of this 5 star restaurant gives the entire city of Columbus a new definition. The food was amazing! Mr. Logan was the absolute best. He was on point with our entire experience. He didn’t skip a beat. We will come back again.Parking: Easy to get in and out your vehicle”
“The food is wonderful. However, the portions of some items seems to be a bit on the small side. Specifically, the corn nuggets don’t seem adequate for the price. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to Harris County and the people who run it are wonderful. my only true complaint is that the hours of operation no longer fit my schedule.Vegetarian options: They have salad.Parking: Little gravel side lot and paved lot on other side.Kid-friendliness: It is a one story building, and the parking lot is level with no curb.”
“This is my first time visiting this establishment and would recommend if you are wanting to enjoy some great comfort food and coffee. I came here to have a quiet place to complete some school assignments for this semester. I will definitely make this my go to spot for Saturday and Sunday mornings.”
“Ordered through their app and just went to drive through and picked up my order in little time since they made them fresh. Their staff were awesome and friendly. Everything was great.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There are foods for the kids to enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking and access.”
“Amazing service ! Everyone was so sweet ?✨??Parking: If it’s busy please don’t expect to park close to the store. But the service is fast ! Wait time less than 10 minutes”
“Would be 5 stars if they seasoned thier food. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was unseason shrimp and no salt added grit cakes I asked for extra sauce and it was a upcharge, and the price is a bit much other than that the service and restaurant was excellent.Parking: It's typical down town broad way parking. I had to walk 2 blocks to find parking.”
“We stopped in today looking for breakfast and a good cup of coffee and Toasted did not dissapoint. The breakfast pizza was genius and delicious. Generous portion, good price, and eggs made to order. Vibe is really great too. Y'all check it out.”
“First time here & WOW!!The food, staff, & atmosphere are outstanding. The Bodega Benedict with chorizo was out of this world, as well as the carrot juice! Our waitress was amazing & gave us recommendations since it was our first time.Give this place a try!I will definitely be back!”

“Made fresh to order! Nice variety of foods to order. So far the wings, boneless wings, tenders, catfish, fries and Okra have been good. I can’t wait to try other things.”
“I had a delightful dining experience at The Animal Farm in Columbus, GA on October 7th. The restaurant's lively atmosphere, combined with an ongoing event, "Happy," added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We decided to start with drinks and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our choices. The Moscow Mule and Planter's Punch, priced at $6 each, were both fantastic. For appetizers, we opted for the pigs in the blanket, which were packed with flavor. Our only wish was that they came in a larger portion, as we savored every bite of the $7 dish. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the braised beef pasta, priced at $25. I can confidently say it's the best meal I've ever had. The flavors in this dish were outstanding and left a lasting impression. Our waiter provided excellent service, though we regrettably didn't catch his name. My boyfriend ordered the prime ribeye for $36, and it didn't disappoint. The flavorful meat, complemented by the delectable potato gratin, made for a memorable main course. We couldn't resist trying two desserts. The banana pudding stole the show with its irresistible taste. On the other hand, the chocolate peanut butter pie, while good, didn't quite reach the same level of delight and likely won't be a repeat order for us. Overall, our experience at The Animal Farm was exceptional, with stand-out dishes like the braised beef pasta and the banana pudding. We left with satisfied taste buds and a desire to return for more culinary adventures.”
“We were fortunate enough to go when they had walleye available, I always get it when they have it. Everything else was as good as usual. This location was very clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful.”
“I really appreciate the great customer service that's a plus for me ..when she found out it was my first time there she offered the faves and most popular.. Good food good vibes”
“So good, not always the fast food stuff, and the food is really good! There is in the back a Music store close by, so sometimes you can hear a guy playing some of his ”
“Just an awesome secret! Waygu steak tartar, olive bruschetta, pork chops and risotto from heaven…. Ribeye perfectly medium rare and berry goat cheesecake…y’all come❤️”
