Got addicted quickly! My husband was full... means nothing to you, probably, but to me that was amazing! I'd recommend it; but, I would say be specific about what you do and don't want on your sandwich. Unfortunately, they have been notorious for surprising additions/omissions to/from the meal. In other words, consistent assembly isn't their strong suit... Luckily, they they are awesome at serving reliably delicious burgers and those cinnamon dessert things are dangerously yummy!
Slow service on 2 drinks that I ordered through the mobile app. I ended up having to call into the store (after 10 minutes) from a stall to see if they had forgotten about my drinks. There was a few cars in the Drive-thru but it wasn't super busy.

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes before ordering. Only stayed bc I was blocked in. Then waited 8 more minutes to get my order. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! There were only 5 cars in line total and no one in carhop section. Never mind it needs to be 0 stars!!
