Came in to order a carry out. Ordered a wings and thing and while waiting almost 20 minutes I see the employees bring out 5 orders to people waiting in the drive thru. Then they give me these 3 measly chicken tenders!!! They obviously cater to and care more about the drive thru customers than the people that come into their establishment!!! The hell is this?!?!
Typical Zaxby's. Solid food and fast service. Two Zalads and three kids meals came out quickly. Everything was as ordered and tasted great. The place was clean and comfortable. Not sure why the low ratings

Worst zaxbys ive been to. 3 friends and i ordered food rught after each other but the food came out 5 minutes apart meaning we waited 20 minutes for last friend to get food. When it did finally come out, my friends food was missing a chicken tender, all pf our wings are cold, and they didnt toast my bread. Definitely not wasting my money or time here again.
