The medium pan was great, it always is, so the only reason I gave it three stars on service is because of the wait time. The last few times I've ordered, it's taken almost an hour and a half for the pizza to be ready. If this is a constant problem - and it seems to be - why not install another oven? I'm a regular at this location and the food is always well prepared and delivery arrives in a timely manner. Order 4 pizzas for a family event. Asked for extra cheese on 2 and then extra pepperoni on the other 2. After picking them up and looking at them I was not at all happy. There was no extra anything not even the right amount on them. I work for them for 4 years and I know what extra should be. Not happy and want be going back any time soon.
