For the last couple of months I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s and I’m always happy with my food…. I thank y’all so much customer service can be a lil better but it’s not bad at all just not as good as the food … thanks for being here and giving great food I choose this Wendy’s over the other restaurants around.
For the second time now I placed a mobile order on my way there in the morning for breakfast only to find that they had not yet opened. Can't get a refund on the app. You go in the next day and nobody has a clue what you're talking about.So if you're looking to be there for breakfast, odds are good that no one will be there to greet you.In the daytime it's usually okay, though occasionally the dining room's closed for no particular reason.

I ordered from the kiosk. My order still wasn't correct. I didn't get items that I ordered! Then, to make matters worse, the burger was still pink! I guess if they had placed the bacon in the burger as I ordered, it would have been uncooked a well!
