My husband and many friends have gone to this restaurant for many years. We went last Tuesday after a funeral. I almost every time order the Gamberi with shrimp and zucchini in a Rosa pink sauce. You must have a new chef who’s sauce tasted like tomato soup. I had to get them to make something else. Wifey and I visited RosaMia last night for a great Italian dinner and romantic evening out. Michelino and the team at RosaMia did an outstanding job of providing an excellent dining experience paired with a nice bottle of wine and capped off the evening with awesome housemade Limoncello. The food is absolutely wonderful... and the service was exceptional. Every time we go to Rosa Mia's, we are treated like family and are never disappointed by the food. I love the Polpo Marinato, Sausage Pizza, Bruscetta, Frittura Mista, and all the pastas.
