During the day the cook and waitresses don't really pay attention to your order especially if you make any substitutions. And its happened on multiple occasions. But in the evening and late night the waitresses and cooks are a Godsend, if you're eating late off work or just because. Food was excellent and waitresses were super friendly. It’s Waffle House. Cleaner and less of a disappointment in humanity than a typical Waffle House visit. The food tastes amazing when going down rue ole hatch. But let’s be honest, it probably took a solid 30 days off my life. But hey, it’s a southern institution.

This is such a common place in South states, you'd waffle House at almost every city/town intersection. It was my first time visiting waffle House late at night and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavorful waffles, hash browns and it's reasonably priced compared to other diners.
