The staff is RUDE!!! HOUR wait for chicken. After canceling my order they wanted me order my food while standing in the lobby but told me I had to go through the drive through to pick it up because the lobby had closed at 9 pm it was 945pm with 6 other people in the lobby.
02/27/2024I bought a 10 piece with 2 large sides and biscuits, at store 4804, on the 02/21/2024. When I reached home with my food was cold and my cajun rice was sour. I drove back to the store. After speaking to the manager for awhile, she became very rude, and told me the cajun rice did not smell sour, I told her, why dont you eat it. Then she told me they dont give money back. Ha!
