Fast forward 7 years , I now live up the street at ?Overture 55 + Community so this is a very convenient location I’ve been there two consecutive Sunday nights after a meeting at North Metro ? Church. Friendly service and a convenience location and the tostada deluxe is a winner. I would highly recommend it . We have lived here for 5 years and had yet to find good TexMex until now! We came across Laredos based on a recommendation from a neighbor.1. The skinny margs are made fresh and were absolutely perfect. Not too sweet, good citrus flavor, and a generous portion of tequila.2. The beef fajitas were out of this world! Nice clean place. I had a chimichanga, and my wife had chicken fajita nachos. The food was good.Unfortunately, the service this visit was not very friendly or attentive. The waitress never checked on us after the food was brought to the table. I ran out of water during my meal. The restaurant was not busy.
