The Dine-In area has no place to get things like condiments and napkins, and employees always seem really busy servicing drive-thru or preparing food. Three walked right past me as I stood patiently, waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Just because you provide the ability to order on a screen and you can hand me a bag of food, doesn't mean customer service stops. McDonald's has focused so much on food and cost that they've lost the experience.
