How the mighty have fallen. Someone thought serving a burnt burger and cold fries was ok. Could not get anyone's attention to try and get it replaced. Daughter did eat her half but I couldn't get mine down. No seasoning of fries and cold. I understand getting rid of servers to reduce manpower cost but the food should be that much better now that you're giving up service. Usually, Steak & Shake isn’t the first place I would go when wanting to get a quick meal and great customer service, but this location has both. I’ve been to Steak & Shake before, but this location has blown every other experience out of the water. The real star of the show was Emma — one of the kindest customer service/restaurant industry workers I’ve ever met. She, alone, has made me want to come back!

whoever was on the drive thru at 7:30 on Tuesday April 9th was absolutely amazing. I usually dread ordering at drive throughs at fast food restaurants because the service is always horrific. But this guy was beyond incredible. This is the customer service that should be at every fast food establishment 10/10 employee.
