Was in the area visiting and decided to get some pancakes for breakfast. This location was not very busy at all. Had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated because noone was at the front counter. Had to wait a few more minutes to place order. Food came in a timely fashion and food was great. I had the Colorado Omelet with some pancakes and coffee. Bathrooms were not as clean as it should have been but they were in the process of cleaning them. Even though service was a little slow...read full review

This particular location used to be very slow on service. However, we gave it a shot here recently and improvements for the better were definitely noticeable. Seated quickly. Swift order. Food out & hot in no time?

I love IHOP so much, I always have throughout childhood!! But this time was extremely spectacular, incredible food, amazing and kind staff especially Tonya!! She was super sweet and helpful, VERY attentive, and gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an IHOP!!!
