Yesterday 2/24/24 we went in the one on Lafayette parkway, ordered , the food was great, went to pay by card, I ask the waitress to. Add a $5.00 tip , she's goes run my card for food and comes back with another ticket for my tip Iask why it wasn't included if food payment, I wrote &5.00 on the ticket and she took it and left, when I checked my checking account this morning, it showed $36.12 for food & $12.99 for tip, I didn't agree to that amount, I didn't really like the way...read full review
Emma is freaking amazing!!! I will update with pics later but she is very accommodating. I was having issues ordering on the app and Emma took my order so patiently and offered great suggestions. This is why I love going to places that actually treat u as a person and not tries to rush u into placing an order that u may not really like. Great service! Atmosphere was great. Food was served hot and timely and the server came back several times to check on us, brought the box to the table before he even asked if we wanted a box. He was very efficient very friendly and asked us if we wanted a dessert at the end. Very good on the upsell overall great experience good job, Lagrange Longhorn.
