A most pleasureable experience working with Fantasy Event Hall. The owner is prompt, courteous, and very nice. They had everything situated just right and their prices were very reasonable. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. I will certainly be recommending and using Fantasy Event Hall again and again.

Suffice to say if you want an easy venue with no hassle , THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT. I repeat, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT FOR YOUR VENUE, one, the owner NEVER picks up your call, she tells u to text her instead cuz she’s too “busy”, second when u pay for the venue, it’s an easy process, they email you the contract and you zelle them the money, however, when it’s time to pick up your $500 deposit, they make u drive to some store called party place, to go pick it up, and instead of zelle (or your original form of payment), they write a check for you. A CHECK!!!! Also, it was nice of them to keep $160 from my deposit claiming we never left the place at 1am, which we did, if anyone was there around 3am (as they claim), it would be the cleaner that I hired to clean the place , but my issue was they NEVER communicated to me that they will keep $160 from my $500 deposit, I basically got blindsided by it, suffice to say AGAIN, if you want a hassle free venue , with an owner that actually cares FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, this is not the place. They probably cater to Hispanic people more than black people, I believe it is owned by a Hispanic, that was my mistake, I needed a venue last minute and I got what I got.
