Title: Unpleasant Experience with Rude StaffI recently visited this store and unfortunately had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members. Despite being a paying customer, I was scolded and insulted, leading to a highly uncomfortable experience. This behavior is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my perception of the store. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more welcoming environment for future customers.We paid and waited for 30 minutes and on it we got this kind of behavior. It’s same thing with respect to manager they don’t have minimum dignity to speak with a customer. He don’t know the ground reality and just on phone he is scolding and customer.

The food is good, but the customer service is terrible. The individual at the register and their behavior are unacceptable. When I attempted to speak with the manager, I discovered they were equally unprofessional. Please ensure you have all the facts before speaking. We've paid for the food, even though your restaurant has issues with uber eats. We waited for half an hour even after placing a pickup order. You guys should really learn to communicate with customers.
