I ordered the food online and was ready when I got there. Food tasted good. Ordered both the original recipe and extra crispy and the original tasted better as it seemed there was more seasoning.

Just went through drive through and purchased a#11 supposed to be 12 count nuggets and only received 10. I didn't short the money to be shorted on my food. Tried calling several times for no answer. Spoke with corporate for them to tell me they're sending $5 voucher. I paid $14.+ for my meal. If I wasn't at work I would have gone back up there to get what I paid for!
This is the worst KFC I've ever tasted.I ordered the 16-piece chicken "tenders" family meal, and they were half the size from other locations. This wasn't the worst. They were like they were recycled from the day before. Hard as rubber and over cooked. Also, the mashed potatoes container was almost half filled, and it was more gravy than mashed potatoes. First time I get these two together in the same cup. Nobody in my house like gravy. They shouldn't have put these 2 together.The only good thing I experienced here was the no waiting time line.

What a terrible experience. After a 12 hour shift and taking my child to physical therapy. I came to this kfc. I didn’t check my bag upon leaving the drive thru. So when I got home 30 min away, I noticed the order was wrong. I called the store multiple times. No answer. I came up to the store and explained the situation. Ashley (who we didn’t even know was the manager at that time) offered to make the food fresh. I explained to her that wasn’t necessary, I just wanted a refund. She insisted. She then proceeds to tell us that we will have to wait for the fries. Which we also agreed to. When I inquired about the refund, she stated that location did not do refunds. And we had to call corporate to get a voucher. Ridiculous. I told her to forget about the food and just reimburse me. As I previously asked. She did it in seconds. We asked for the corporate number and she told me to google it. The customer service was sub par even for a fast food chain. Please do better. Especially with your management training. Ashley definitely needs a refresh.

The service was horrible. I waited in line for my food 25 minutes and got to the window and left, checked my order and it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Went back and the inside was closed so I had to wait in line again just to get to the window for my refund because at this point I don’t even want it no more. I asked for the manager which didn’t want to give her name at first, Ashley could have did better with handling the situation.

The chicken nuggets were great, but after spending $20 they wanted to charge $1.37 for a cup of water. The excuse was they have to pay for the cup. What a rip off when you can get a PACK of plastic cups for $1.25 @ the $1Tree. You know they make a lot of $ off of the food, but to expect a paying customer to pay full price for water is ridiculous. A cup of water should be free @ ALL restaurants. I think it's bad business to miss out on a customer spending $20 because you want to charge full price for water... I'll just go elsewhere where my business is appreciated & the water is free!!! The man @ the drive thru window also had a very bad attitude & was very rude. If we weren't so hungry I would've just told him to forget it & not bought anything. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
