Hector and the night time female manager (I didn’t catch her name) have went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service. This place is turning around for the better. From the friendly greeting at the front door to the amazing tasting pizza, I suggest this location. It’s close to home for me and I will continue to return!

This pizza is VERY SLOW... I did NOT receive my pizza that I order (waited for 2 hours) and I did not receive a call nor email about my pizza. They don't have enough drivers. Then it would still take 3 DAYS to refund me my money.

Came in this morning got taken care of very quickly and they were very helpful and I saw this cute little thing on the board I loved it so much and the pizza was yummy I got a a personal pan and it was done very fast
I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut for delivery last night. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, but it took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. When the delivery driver finally showed up, he was rude and didn't apologize for the long wait.The pizza was also cold and not very good. The crust was soggy and the cheese was rubbery. I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Worst experience I've had with Pizza Hut in a LONG time!!!! The DoorDash driver, Lismay C, was 40+ mins late....they didn't speak English....AND the delivery driver carried the pizzas vertically as opposed to holding the boxes flat so my pizzas ended up looking like this in the photos

Pizza never came. Ordered at 7:50 pm. Called at 9:30 and they said they only have 1 driver and to give it 15 minutes. Called again at 10pm and they said they had delivered the pizza which I never got. They then proceeded to describe a house that is not mine and still insist that they delivered the pizza to me. They then told me I could come pick up the pizza. When I asked for a discount for the pizza being at this point an hour an a half late or take off the 20% tip I included for the driver they said I could either pay full price to come pick up the pizza I ordered for delivery hours ago or refund it. I asked for a refund, silence. After about a minute of silence in which I assumed she was processing my refund she goes "So you dont want to just pick it up?". I reaffirmed that I would like refund and she caught an attitude with me. Never again.
