My girlfriend and I came last night to celebrate us both getting raises, and we were incredibly impressed with the layout of the restaurant, the staff, the cleanliness, and especially Richard's cooking. It was nothing short of perfect. Cannot recommend it enough.

We celebrated my grandson's 23rd birthday. It was a special request to eat at Shogun. It was not crowded, but there was a steady stream of customers. The food and service were on point! The $5 sushi was delicious. I recommend this place for an enjoyable hibachi experience.

Came here for my son’s birthday and the waiter was extremely rude. When asked if there was a manager, we were told that that he stepped out and he wouldn’t be back until closing. We arrived around 12:30pm. When asked if we can switch waiters, I was told that another waiter could step over. She never came.

First time going to this place. Went for done in hibachi. I was seated and informed the hostess i was allergic to shellfish and seafood. She told me they would cook my food in the back and I had to sit on the other side of the restaurant in a booth. I told her I came for the food and the show, I would've ordered to go otherwise. She told me I could not be served unless they cooked it in the kitchen but I could just sit and watch. I politely declined and informed her I would just leave. I've been to plenty of hibachi restaurants and they simply cooked the seafood and shellfish last. I went to Kampai off Scenic Highway instead.

Ordered a $28.00 steak and salmon hibachi Togo. Not enough food for this price!!!!! I don't see much salmon and the rice is a child's size. This is not 5.oz of steak. I was shorted.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place omg gross! They literally had stuff dripping onto the grill and kept just removing it with a napkin like no big deal. It would have dropped into our food while they were cooking it. We asked about it and the lady acted like it wasn’t a problem. We moved to another grill and the SAME-THING! Ew! So again we brought it up and this time the cook was rolling his eyes at us and had a nasty rude attitude! Also had dirty finger nails! At this point we only had a few sips of our drinks and a bite of the gross grease soggy dumplings that tasted like old grease! I asked could we just pay for our drinks cuz we were gonna eat somewhere else. Not only did they charge us for everything they also added an 18% tip! Don’t go here, there are much cleaner places to eat!

I went for my birthday and it was great food and service. The drinks were great as well as I like drinks that are slushy and sweet.
The food had no flavor and the meats and seafood were very hard!!!
