I ordered a 20z smoothie and I was charged for a 32oz when I questioned it, they could credit or change it. The quality of the smoothie by the new staff is declining. The smoothie was watery no texture. Customer service less than cordial.

Got here at 8:50 pm to order a smoothie because I tried to order online at 8:15 and it wouldn't take my order. The door says they close at 9 pm. Online says they close at 9 pm. Clearly, the employee doesn't know how to tell time because they had already shut down the store and wouldn't let me place an order.

For some reason this location is never consistent. It either soupy or no toppings or or the blend was not good. Today I received my smoothie bowl with barely no smoothie. Lol like how does that work. Just full of toppings to make it look full. I literally get one of these like everyday. And for the employee to just simply throw it together and not address my concerns really left me disappointed. I spend over 50 dollars a week. I live in Athens and that location by far has had the best all around experience. Maybe they need new employees.

My total was 6.88 and they said they were only taking exact change I'm curious why I couldn't get back $3.12 that's all the change I needed.

I love their Caribbean way smoothie, however their service takes too long. Today I came by and there was only one car in the drive thru, but the guy said it would be 10 minutes before he could take my order. For a smoothie I see that as unacceptable especially with a planet smoothie across the road.
I was in the store last night o. MONDAY the 10th of April around 8pm and there was 1 employee working. The young lady was amazing, she got us in and out as soon as she could with a friendly and professional attitude. Kudos to the young lady and my Banana berry twist smoothie was amazing! Great!job.

You guys are crazy for giving them anything lower than 5 stars. I come here all the time. I always get great service with a smile, my order comes exactly as I requested and it comes quickly. And my experience with the customer service isn’t because I’m good looking or anything either. I’m short and bald. If anyone is having a bad experience when it comes to customer service here, it’s likely because you came in with an attitude.If you want a good smoothie, this is a great location to try out Smoothie King

They never get my order right I always ask for veggie mango and they make the mango kale which is not the same. And the same thing is like $2 cheaper at other locations.
