Honestly, this Starbucks usually does a great job when it comes to my order but today was terrible. I ordered my drink through the mobile app when I was 10 minutes away from the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up. By the time I got there my drink was not made. I had to wait for 5 minuets for my cheese Danish. Then, an extended 20 minuets for my drink. By this time, my danish was cold and no longer enjoyable. This was the first time that I had something from Starbucks that was a meal that I wish to forget. I always purchase the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia but this was the first time that the ingredients were so dried out that the sandwich didn't have any taste. Maybe the person making the sandwich was new. I don't know what happened ? but this sandwich was a no go. I took a picture because I couldn't believe that I was experiencing this from Starbucks. ??
