Worst customer service I walked up at 8:40 they refused to serve me told me they are closed when the mall closes at 9. There were two associates one was definitely the manager because the associate looked to him for confirmation. This is how companies lose business each customer should be treated the same at opening and at closing.

I ordered a sub on 4/21/21 when I got to my car the bread was so hard my gum began to hurt. I called at 7:16 pm and I wanted my refund and one lady said i should come tomorrow which I did and I can get my money. So the next day I came to the Subway and I talked to a male and he called his manager and the many told me I can’t get my refund. The money was about 15 dollars. NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE

The Server hair was in pony tail with out any net while preparing the order. I have asked 3 honey oats and she said she has only one. The bread looked old and flat. Order wasTeriyaki chk, she placed plain chk ,continously picking up chk from the platform. All vegetables was not Avialbale and available veges were not fresh, lettus is brown vs green.

WORST SUBWAY EVER. The people that work there are always rude. Acting like if they don’t want you there. If you going to hire rude people is Better for you don’t hire nobody. There’s 2 other people that always a problem or act like if they don’t want me there. Unfortunately I have to go to this subway because is the nearest one, but I’m not going anymore I’m sick of this and today I had the WORST experience ever. I went there 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED and the girl told me “we closed” when all the restaurants around are working (??????) if you don’t want to work then quit, but don’t lie to my face saying that we are closed when you really not, this is unprofessional. If you want to eat and spend the worst time ever , then go to this subway.

Customer service is not a priority for the staff at this location. I watched one employee prepare a sandwich, use the cash register, and remove a sandwich from the oven. He seemed offended when I asked him to change his gloves prior to making my sandwich.
