Not complaining about food or service other than the fact we could not get crab leg crackers and my wife’s fried fish was more batter than fish. I am disappointed in the fact that they automatically add a 20% gratuity. It was my fault for not paying attn to this so server got a really good tip. Doubtful I will take my family back. Will go back to Hook n Reel in future.

If u got 2 hours to go and eat then u can go At your own risk.. the wait time was like 10 min but when u get to the table it will take 30min to get the order, 15 more minutes to get the drinks, and easy 25 min to get the food.. don’t even bother to get refills on the drinks… good luck with that… the shrimp was dirty inside u can see the black in it.. the chicken tenders, I do better flavor in my home, and the fry fish was unflavored also.. we was very disappointed with the server (lots of excuses for being late while we saw her taking to the other servers while our table needs drinks, or at the end get the card to charge, we give the card and ask for refills to another server) i always wanted to go and eat there but after this experience i will never go back there.
The food was decent! Not $42 dollars worth though. I had ordered the #1 which includes 0.05 pounds of shrimp 0.05 of sausage, 1 corn, and 2 potatoes. The highlight of the meal was the corn and potatoes.

Never had a bad experience. Always have the shrimp and mussel boil. The fried green beans are so yummy while hot. I always have leftovers and take home to eat the next day mixed with rice. Jeremiah is the BOMB!
Fried fish was incredibly greasy. I ended dinner with three soaked napkins just from wiping it off my hands. Seems like they didn't even try to drain it before serving. Won't be back.

Food is good however service was horrible me and my husband waited 30 minutes to be served or acknowledge by anyone at 9:15 the server came in apologize for our weight stated she had got salt in her eye, and that’s why she was late to our table. We told her it was OK to take her time. She finally took her drinks orders and her food order the table behind us and the table in front of us got set after we did and received their food before we did. After almost an hour we started to ask where our food was. The waiter excuse was that she was having a bad day and there was a lot of parties going around when I told her I understand that, however, our food was placed an hour ago and we still have not received it. When I asked to speak to the manager the manager did not come so I personally went and go looked for him , no refund or any discount was given just a simply apology
