Place is nasty and broken soda machine. They gladly took our money when we ordered and handed us cups for our ‘combo’ meal. Once we got our drink we realized there was no carbonation. Kept offering us a Sprite in a bottle. Never once offered to refund the cost of a drink. Place could use a serious cleanup and retraining of staff.

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day but my food was really bad. I got tater tots, cheeseburger and a sweet tea. My tater tots were burnt , burger meat was very hard & I never received my sweet tea. I really loved this place and couldn’t find one in my area. disappointed that I finally found one and didn’t enjoy my dinner.
Pretty simple place but the burgers and milkshakes are on point. I had a cookie one that had chunks of Oreo in it. It was really good and the burger was cooked just right with just the right amount of grease ?. I recommend coming here for a good burger and milkshakes for sure. Oh and let's not forget the onion rings ?
When you ask to see the name on the order and I clearly show you in plain sight, hand me the food that I PAID for! I eventually had to show him the order I placed on the email receipt because apparently the owner doesn’t know how to read names. Also he was giving me trouble cause I ordered through the website and not DoorDash. This place needs new owners, the guy clearly has absolutely no idea what he’s doing

It was ok. The place wasn't overly clean, and the staff wasn't overly friendly either. Food was ok, but tastes similar to other "designer" burger chains, and by "designer" I mean overpaying for a couple patties and two buns. Probably won't be back because I think five guys would be a better option.

The worst experience. We ordered through door dash but our problem wasn’t with our dasher, it’s with the restaurant, most of our order was completely wrong. Missing ingredients. When we contacted the restaurant the gentlemen who answered the phone didn’t speak English so we couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t understand us. We hung up frustrated, eating over-buttered, soggy, greasy buns on mystery burgers lacking any of the ingredients we paid extra for (3 very thin burgers for $68).
Are all meat halal or do you have a separate Halal menu option?

I had a great experience at Wayback Burgers. The chili burger was delicious, and I appreciate that everything is halal. It does get quite busy during lunch, so it's best to come early if you're looking for a seat. There's not a lot of dining in space, so takeout is the way to go. Highly recommend!

I wish the management at their Chamblee location was running this place. The owner was clearly all over the place and two of my orders (back to back) were made wrong and I had to ask them to make it again.For a lack of halal options this place is not bad but honestly their customer service can improve along with their operations. The owner/manager along with the employee was eating something straight out of a salad bar container behind the register with their hands.
Food was awful, cheap meat, and very small burgers. My husband got a bourbon bacon burger. It came with the smallest piece of bacon.Cheese tots were not good either it was just nacho cheese dumped on top. Not very appetizing. 5 Guy's and Culver's is 100 times better. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper or soap. When I told the employees, they very went to put toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. I wonder how many employees went to the bathroom without washing their hands before making food? I wouldn't recommend this place.
