My wife and I have been visiting Willy’s since 2001! (And this particular one for at least 10+ years) We love it. Adobe chicken quesadillas have the best marinade from any of the quick service similar competitors.Not all, but two employees, in particular, always bring a smile to our face given their warm, gracious and engaging way! Manager David and associate Orelis are simply the BEST staff. Always asking about you, smiling and happy to see customers. Thank you both! Keep up the good work!

Willy's Mexicana Grill on Duluth Highway exceeded all expectations during my first visit. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with their flavorful Mexican cuisine, left a lasting impression. From the sizzling fajitas to the zesty salsa, each dish showcased the authentic taste that Willy's is renowned for. The friendly staff and prompt service only enhanced the overall dining experience. I'll definitely be making a return trip to indulge in more of their fantastic offerings.

I've been eating at this restaurant fairly regularly since it has opened and I've never had any problems until today. The man that waited on me (he was African American with light skin, and somewhat overweight and probably in his twenties.) I am NOT providing this description because I am a racist or trying to be rude. I am merely providing a description because I failed to notice his name. He asked what ingredients I wanted in my bowl. When we moved past the hot items onto the cold items, salad, cucumbers, cheese etc he casually takes his cell phone out of his pocket- this is WHILE HE IS STILL WAITING ON ME. The last ingredient I asked for was cheese. He picks up the cheese with his gloved HAND AND PUTS IT IN MY BOWL! He also laid his cell phone right on the counter where the food is prepared for customers. At this point I'm blown away by what I just saw. The guy that waited on me steps behind the cashier along with 3 or 4 other employees. The cashier asks what kind of bowl I have. Before I answer I ask her who the manager is. She turns around and points to a thin Hispanic male. He steps forward to ask what I need. The guy that waited on me is still standing right there also. I look right at him and said I'm sorry to bust you, but you had your cell phone out and you picked up the cheese with your gloved hand. His response was that I touched my phone with my other hand. REALLY?! HE ACTUALLY THINKS THAT'S A LEGITIMATELY ACCEPTABLE REASON?? I told the manager that he laid the phone on the food preparation area also, and that cell phones should NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED IN FOOD PREP AREAS. If you need to check your phone, go to the break room and then wash your hands when you are done. While the manager did make me a new bowl and did not charge me for it, this reflects on him also. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened with this employee. Why am I making a big deal? If you've ever had food poisoning, then you know why. I've had food poisoning several times and it is the WORST thing ever!! Cell phones are touched regularly and covered with germs. The owner of this location needs to retrain all the employees on safe food handling. If I was a county inspector doing an inspection today, I feel confident there would be several issues found. I won't be eating at this location again any time soon.

The lady starting my order wasn't polite. However, the second young lady finishing the order and the guy cashier were very polite. I went Friday around 5:45 pm. The cheese dip was very watered down. Guacamole was great.

About a week ago I had a takeout order and nachos that they always give for free. I found rat poop in the layers of the nachos.it's clear that there are significant issues with the quality control at this establishment. Finding rat poop in a takeout order is an unacceptable oversight that raises serious concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness, and who knows what other infestations they have. I spoke with manager and a refund was given. I can never see myself coming back here. what a shame, i was a frequent customer and enjoyed eating here.
