This New Management is horrible and the quality of the food has changed. I ordered honey bbq wings and they were watery! In the past, the sauce was nice and sticky. The wings use to be succulent and juicy but now they are very small and not enough meat on the bones. The fried rice looked and tasted old. I tried giving them a chance twice but now I'm done. I refuse to waste anymore of money at this establishment.

In comparison to the food I had 6 months ago from here; my recent experience was terrible. The fried rice was bland, the wings were miniature and tasted nothing like teriyaki. Customer service was subpar, the lady was unpleasant. Something has definitely changed.

Good wings and good fried rice! Great customer service! Would give 5 stars but they made their rice portions smaller (combo plate) "due to new management" I was told. Also just a heads up do not order j*** flavored wings, there is nothing j*** about it. Honey garlic is my go to!

I use to love this place for the friendly service and wonderful food. The chicken tenders use to be fluffy, juicy, and with each bite it would melt in your mouth. Now the chicken tenders are flat, hard and over cooked. The catfish was once flaky,soft, well seasoned. Now it's soggy, bland, rubbery. I know that Inflation is a thing so I didn't mind that the cost of items has jumped up across the board, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is paying more for lower quality food and lower service. As for the service when I called in my order the person the phone kept getting it wrong,so I had to repeat it 3x. They told me it would take 15mins to make my order. I arrived 30mins later and they did not start the order until I paid for it at pick up. Please inform your customers that this is how you operate now so they know what to expect. I know that this location is under new ownership and has changed the way they operate. I offer this bit of advice, you bought a location that had built a reputation with it's clientele on the quality of product they provided. You should take what they have given you and improve upon it not mess it up. I wish the new ownership well in this endeavor. Know that I will no longer frequent this location.

I never leave a review however this is grounds for 1. Under new management. “New” terrible taste. The sauce on their wings once tasted like heaven now they taste like water. Absolutely no taste.. the infamous Honey Garlic now taste like floured water.Customer service has also changed into what appears to be very rude and angry managers. Very very very upset with the change.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

I used to love this place. Idk if it’s newManagement or what but the wings taste horrible now. They literally have no flavor. I got three different flavors and they all tasted the same. Like original unflavored baked soggy chicken. I remember when the honey garlic was sticky crispy and you could taste and see the honey and garlic. These wings had water like sauce at the bottom of the plate. Wow. What a disappointment.

First review ever but after eating this last night I really think it’s necessary. If you’re deciding to eat from here and you haven’t in the last couple of weeks just letting you know IT IS NOT THE SAME! Under this new management the taste and quality of wings is just trash and WATERY. Like literally, my wife didn’t even finish her wings because how soggy they were. They were literally in this like watery liquid I wish I could have gotten a picture. Long story short if you think this is gonna be the same great quality and tasting wings you got a month or two ago ITS NOT .

I knew something was up once I picked up my order and prices had gone up, once I picked up the first wing out the box I was like wtf... I've been coming here for 3 years, and recently the business was bought out (confirmed by cashier). The wings are super small and skimpy. They used to be meatier before. So what I wanna know is, why go up on prices and cut costs on your wings. Also the new skinny Asian lady with the glasses up front is rude and made my experience even more unpleasant.

I ordered through Gubhub on a Wednesday night and it came quickly. The wings were good but a little bit dry. I got the 20 piece combo that has plain, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. My favorite was the garlic parmesan one. It was well seasoned, not too strong on the garlic and not too salty. They still tasted perfectly good the next day. I also got their beef fried rice and was surprised how good they were. It tasted better than a lot of chinese takeout. I did liked that they had thinly slices of beef on the top. Seems like the beef was pre-seasoned before added on the top of the rice. It has a hint of beef fat that tasted well with the rice.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AND EXPECT IT TO BE DONE WHEN YOU GET THERE...I placed an order for pick up and was told 25 minutes and I showed up when my order was "supposed to ready"...My order was not placed until after I paid for it. And this is not the first time. Which prompted me to ask what's the problem? Was told by management that their policy, so that your food is fresh...then I was told that some people don't show up! smh...what kind of craziness...if I order to go is because I want to order, pick up and go and not wait another 20 minutes. This business will not be getting my business anymore.You ask for my phone then why not secure the order with a card! I'm just saying.

Decent wings. Head then delivered and a large portion of them were lacking any real flavor. However, once you got to the bottom where all the flavor was they were really good. Wings were cooked really well though.
