“I ordered their birria tacos after reviewing others recommendations and they did not disappoint. They were fast, efficient, and nice.My dad is a picky person when it comes to food, and also not very adventurous. I think it says a lot that he decided to try the birria tacos from the look of them, and he was asking for more! This will be our new go-to place for them.Parking: There are other establishments that share the same parking lot, but I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. It’s not super busy.”

“I have removed my previous review and I am updating my review of Beaver Creek Biscuit. I decided to give them another try last week. Looks like they have changed some staff. I was greeted at the drive-thru by a very sweet sounding voice - even before 6am in the morning. I only waited about 2 minutes in line and I was able to pay for my food and be on my way. Food was excellent as I had remembered and staff has gotten MUCH better. Everything great, I am not a fan of the drive up concept however this is a change since COVID and Beaver Creek dealt with it as best they could.”

“When I first drove by I thought they were closed because I saw no cars in the parking lot. When I turned around I realized that they are open until 9pm and it was such a nice and cozy place to eat. My first meal was the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. Pecan pie for dessert.What can I say? It was such a good stop, and close to where I was going. Planning another trip there sometime next week. ?”

“Located in a strip mall, so it's hard to see from the road, but exactly what you'd expect from a family owned, authentic restaurant. Plastic chairs, formica tables, posters, etc., so no frills. It is a big place and has a grocery store attached. The food was good and very reasonable. We got papusas which came with a side of pickled cabbage--really good! Plantains were also delicious.”

“My wife and I wanted to try something new, so we decided to try them out. I has the sausage meal, with two huge sausages on buns, and my wife had the chicken wings. Those were also huge. They have a wonderful selection of BBQ sauces, each with a hot option. We had cherry lime and strawberry. It's in a house and has a quaint atmosphere. Would definitely go again.Parking: Limited parking. Shopping center next door is a good option.”

“I've been going to Contreju since about 2016. I don't know what the hell these people with these low reviews are talking about. This food is outstanding! I don't know what's wrong with these people's pallets. They obviously don't know good food when they taste it. This food has so much flavor. If I could eat it every day, I would. And the owner is so sweet. She greets me every time I come, and ask me how I'm doing. I would say the people that are saying they are rude, have no respect for their elders. I stand by Contreju. I love you guys. Keep doing what you're doing, and don't change a thing. Your food is amazing!”

“Ordered 50 wings (3 flavors), fries, and hush puppies. All items were flavorful and warm when picked up. The wings are on the smaller side, but were a great price! They were ready within 10-15 minutes from ordering online. The gentleman at the counter was really kind and professional. He packaged everything up for us and made sure we had enough sauces. Will definitely visit again!”

“I stopped in 1-25-24 at 6pm. Makaila was an amazing waitress, very friendly and attentive. The cook named “Q” was friendly and fast. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was very welcoming here. I’m a truck driver and have to stay at the Quik Trip down the way from here. I passed up other Waffle Houses, even across the street from the QT I’m parked at and along the way to this one because of the reviews. Now I see why! It was worth taking an Uber here. I’ve been at several Waffle Houses during my trucking career of almost 30 years, this one is definitely a hidden Gem and among the top 5. You all should be proud.”
