“Today was my first time coming here. I ordered the parmesan salmon, yellow rice with collard and jerk turkey wings, macaroni and cheese yams with cornbread. Turkey wings were falling off the bone Boy oh boy. Del's kitchen is heavy-handed handed like Momna. I felt like my grandmother was back there cooking when I tasted the yams. The food was delicious. Whenever I want some good old soul Food, I know where to go. I was going to post pics, but I ate it too fast sorry...lol“
“Place and food were spot on. The service is a bit lacking. Obviously the drive thru takes priority, but I waited nearly 25min to get a 5pc tender meal out. There was no one really taking orders and saw several customers, including myself, needing to grab someone's attention to put an order in. All in all nearly 40min from entry to eating. I would recommend only doing drive thru here but the dining room is truly spotless.“
“Oh this Checkers has become one of my favorites. Besides the food the workers here are very down to earth and the best you can ask for when ordering fast food. I have to mention Montana, the way she works both windows and the floor I have not seen anyone like her. She is one of a kind and Checkers is lucky to have her!!!“

“Had a late night craving and I went about 150am and ordered the Quesadilla, Walking Taco, and fries through the drive thru. Everything is fresh and delicious. The line was pretty long but it moved pretty fast. The service was great as well. Thank you!“

“I'll be 100% honest and say I was NOT expecting to find food in Lithonia late night, imagine my surprise when Yelp said JJs was open. Now I've been to a lot of JJs....usually University & Pryor and THIS location has them all beat. It's super organized and they give you a buzzer so you can sit in your car until your food is ready versus standing inside (with limited seating) waiting for your number to be called and I appreciate that. I kept it simple wings and catfish combo and I didn't have to ask for any ketchup.or hot sauce because they put it in the bag with napkins and utensils automatically. Good customer service and there wasn't a long wait. Worth going back to.“
