It was a busy Sunday lunch service so the hostess was seating tables when we arrived. We waited about 5 minutes before she returned to seat us. From the kitchen we could hear a lot of cursing about mistakes being made with the food preparation. Once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes before our server arrived. I'm disappointed. I ordered the 2x2x2 eggs, bacon, and ham.. I asked if I could get 4 bacon.. no ham.. supervisor said yes. Ok that's what I'll have. I get home on this 22° night I have 2 strips of bacon and the eggs.. ihop shorted me 2strips of bacon. This is not the 1st time.. it happened a year or so ago, I stopped going to that location. I may just have to do that for good.

I went over to this ihop on christmas day it was one of the few places open i placed an online order and they were a little busy and forgot some stuff when i got home i came back in about 30 min later and the owner had recognized me from earlier that morning and made things right he heated my food gave me the stuff i was missing and offered free drinks and did everything he could to make things right and beyond it was a real christmas treat The owner truly made me feel like a...read full review
