I have been stopping in for breakfast at Mamie's kitchen since 1992. Food is still the same good quality. Back in the day the gravy was plentiful on the chicken or steak biscuit. It's all good though.
The food is okay but not the best. The eggs taste like the one that comes in liquid containers. The coffee taste weird, and they dont ask you how much cream & sugar you would like. The guy asked me if I wanted cream/sugar, and I said yes, then he walked off and handed me my coffee with sugar/cream already in it. It was way too much cream. I used to frequent here a lot until I moved and experienced other breakfast places. In comparison, this is at the bottom of the list for sure...read full review

Food 5/5 Home cooking at its best. Rather it be the country breakfast options or the daily lunch specials. Mamies does not disappoint. Not many healthy options but if you come here you're not looking for them. Service 4/5 Southern Hospitality when you walk up to order is what is given and what should. E expected. From the Ladies in the back to the guys upfront everyone greets you. Ambiance 4/5 It's a country breakfast/lunch spot no frills just home cooking.
