Placed an online order, to pick up in 30 minutes. OF COURSE MY ORDER WASNT READY. But that's not even my main issue.Driving up to park, there's an employee enjoying a smoke break. He comes back in the restaurant and DOESNT STOP ANYWHERE NEAR A SINK. I was watching him. He went straight to handling food.I of course notified someone in store and they apologized and made him wash his hands. I also called corporate. I do have complaints but it is only corporate vise. The past 3 orders I have done came through the Taco Bell app. They take the money but the order doesn’t go to the store. Each time I have to end up going to the store. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was done correctly. I wish they would fix the app but I will let you know the staff had all interest in getting the order prepared and ready. Lets...read full review
I go to taco bell atleast once a week this location was one of my favorites. Not because of the food but the staff. She have life in them when they help you and very accommodating. The young lady actually smiled while she was helping me.
