Just horrible all the way around, ordered a salad gave me lettuce, chicken and cheese! Only sweet tea, no zax sauce horrible attitudes just shut the damn door if you can’t fulfill your normal menu items!

I wish I could give -0 stars! This is the worst Zaxby’s location when it comes to customer service it’s the closest to my house is the only reason why I even still consider it but today was the last straw the young ladies on the drive thru are extremely disrespectful I never received my online order yesterday last week I received burnt egg rolls with out sauce that I asked for and paid extra for another one and today my experience through the drive thru was just horrible...read full review

Just came over here the other day. My husband asked me to come over to get him some stuff. Customer service was on point. Keep the good work employees I have to give you a raiseVegetarian options: Well, I'm thinking the salad cld slaw. Not too many vegetarian option. And now they have vegetable Spring rolls. When I mean they are so so good you must try them.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, and it's easy to go in. They have a little rap as well
