I ordered online thinking it would be faster silly me. I sat at the little booth for 10 minutes I'm waiting for it just a drink for them to tell me that I have to go through drive-thru to go through the line to pick up my drink that's already paid for because they can't bring it out to me what's the point of having an app if you can't do your side of the job this place is horrible slowest service and employees are worthless... I placed an online order through the app an hour ago and I'm still sitting at the stall waiting for the food. When I pressed the call button they said it would be right out. That was 20 minutes ago. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to have to wait?!Update: pressed the button again and was told "sorry we're doing drive thru only." I said "I placed an online order an hour ago". They then ignored me.
