First time! The Brisket was so delicious.. It was perfectly marbled, super tender. The owner was very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff! I asked for BBQ sauce on the side.. it was forgotten.. (I didn't notice til I got home), but it's alright! The brisket was prepared & smoked perfectly, so I didn't end up needing the sauce anyway!I am new to town and I've been looking for a GOOD barbecue place, like one I knew back home..
