“The staff was so Friendly!! Especially our waitress who had red braids. She gave our dog bacon as we were waiting. The biscuits were AMAZING & my mom and I actually ordered 2 more. Very much would recommend and come back next time in Macon.“

“Folksy downhome cooking as we say around here. The food is typical of southern style food. You get a choice of a meat and two vegetables. This place is busy at lunchtime time as all of the local pour in to eat. Food is served hot and quickly.If you want something quick to eat and you don't want your typical fast food hamburger place, this Macon institution might be your ticket.“
“We got CSC to go for dinner and let me tell you...it had been too long!! As always, service is great. We usually always get out to go and it's always good! I opted to try something new this go round and a scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne atop a croissant was my choice with a side of pasta salad. Even though the combo has buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños & Sriracha...the heat was lacking big time - I did taste the flavor of buffalo sauce but outside of that - meh - will I get it again - most definitely. My parents shared a small tub of Classic Carol - & it's just that - a classic!! It comes with crackers for dipping but if you're like us - we make a mini Sammy at home or pull out the Buttery Ritz. To top it all off, we all indulged in grape salad. This was my first time having it and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Who would've thought putting cream cheese, brown sugar, and pecans on top of grapes would be the highlight of my week! My new guilty pleasure! See you sooner than later!“
“My Fella & I had supper there tonight for the All you can eat option. He REALLY likes the baked spaghetti & fried chicken livers, & I Really like their fried chicken & veggies. Tonight I had a fried pork chop & it was Awesome! Sooooo Good!“

“We shared the special of the night which was a 16oz boneless rib eye that had a light parmesan cheese sauce, mashed potatoes, grilled broccolini and little shrimp on top of the steak. It was cooked to perfection and the was shrimp delicious too. The bartender knows her cocktail proportions so our drinks were very tasty and well balanced. We each had dessert. I had the special, which was tasty; however when I go back I'll definitely get the Cracked Pie! Highly recommend eating here.“
