The gentleman was working alone but had a great attitude although he had a steady flow of customers. He was friendly and prepared our sandwiches to our liking. I like subway. But this one was a shock. I noticed a few things when I first came in but by the time I reached the register I had fully noticed a lot of things and I wanted to change my mind but the order had been made. It wasnt clean and low on basic supplies. The bread was undercooked and chewy. If the location on Tom Hill in Macon, Ga is passing inspection, I'm surprised. The employee seemed to be figuring it out as they went along. I have never seen a subway in this condition....read full review

The manager was awesome at customer service. Even with serving customers, that spoke a different language; she made sure she understood what they wanted. All while training her staff. Which were great also.
