I purchased over $40 of food and I wasn't told that the store didn't wasn't out of onions until the last min . The young lady had a very bad attitude.. and was very distressed and if she can't perform her job role. She also states she has alot going on she working alone and that she training serveral individuals and complaining about her job and how things have been for her the entire morning. Very bad service will not eat here again or recommend anyone to visit this subway.
Where do I even start! The bread was so hard, it was crunchy and flaking every where. Lettuce had started turning brown. Tomatoes wasn't fresh either. The lady was finishing an order. Another employee, I'm assuming a manager, was sitting there with people that just been hired. I'm standing in line about 10 minutes before she jumps up with what seems to be an attitude, and ask me questions back to back while getting gloves. Just spent over $40 on sandwiched for me& my family! To discover the Manager who prepared the sandwiches was rude, & very disrespectful! My family eat onions and she didn't tell us beforehand that she didn't have the onions cut up! So we decided to wait, but unfortunately we waited for over 45 minutes!
