I come here almost everyday and they are pretty nice and on it but I noticed now that they're slacking on the freshness... Two times now hard old chicken in my Cobb salad... My chicken wrap was old 2+ times but I continue to go because the workers are super nice especially "Bryan" such a sweetheart.
As usual I had to repeat my order several times. I went through and pd for my order and got no receipt. As I moved to the next window I heard the employee that rang up my order tell the front employee to rerun my card because it didn't go thru according to himI pd once again and have learned to ck my order and as many times before an item was missing. The customer service here is terrible. That is why I do not go there often. They rudely asked me to pull forward at the drive thru window and totally forgot about me. The staff at the drive thru are consistently rude!
