Cold, unsalted fries in the drive thru. Rest of the order got cold while I was waiting for the fries to be redone. Person at the register was unconcerned. Proper thing would be to replace the order.
Ordered a chicken wrap and was told we needed to wait for fresh chicken. How disappointing it was to find two tiny pieces of chicken on a big wrap once I got home.

It may seem petty to complain about Arby's, but we ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches on the app and when we arrived there was no roast beef to be had. Not that they didn't have it in the store... they were obviously operating on another time standard and didn't have it prepared. Since we were unwilling to wait 40 minutes, we requested a refund (which the couldn't give at the store), corporate won't generate the refund over the phone, so I'm left to file a dispute with my credit card. Good grief.... it's just roast beef.

I came to this quiet establishment, was greeted by a young lady who had welcoming smile, she was kind enough to wait while I took my time trying to figure out what to eat. She had great eye contact and made sure my order was correct before she left the counter still smiling. The service was precise and quick my order was ready after I paid. The restaurant was very clean no food on lobby floor's. There's a drive thru.Parking: 32 parking spaces including handicap spacesWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 handicap spots and a ramp going to door.
