Employee named Natalie solved a problem with a milk shake order and went above and beyond to make sure customer could get their order. ? I thought only MacGuyver could do stuff like that.

The crew working on 5/21/23 at 8pm were helpful, kind, and absolutely hilarious. They all deserve more money. Fantastic costumer service.

Staff was so rude and acted like it was SUCH an inconvenience to check the balance of my gift card when there was only one other customer in the store. Attempted to lie and say that it wasn’t possible to check my balance until AFTER the food has been rung up. I work in food service too, I know how gift cards work. Then proceeded to roll her eyes and speak condescendingly to me after the simple function was done. If you’re so inconvenienced by dealing with people, then maybe don’t work with the public. Nobody wants to deal with your bad attitude.

Just swung by this BR with a sweet tooth. The manager gave me two scoops for free! I was certainly willing to pay, but that was a blessing!

I ordered one thing and they have me something completely different because they "didn't have the right cup for what I ordered". Completely unwilling to rectify the situation. Not only that, what I ordered has no nuts, and what they have be did have nuts. What if I was allergic? The staff didn't seem interested in helping at all.

Great service. Lots of different flavors of ice cream to choose from.

Showing open but they claimed that they don’t open that side until 2pm

I stopped by there with the kiddos to get donuts initially which we did. It was too tempting not to get ice cream too. They have the cutest children's ice cream ever!!!! See the pictures attached :-)

Service was fast, but my milkshake was NAS-TY. I ordered a mint chocolate chip milkshake, and it tasted like a glass of milk with a hint of mint. So disappointing… should have gone to Cookout ?

The customer service was great . I ordered two pints of America’s Birthday Cake.. I got home and started eating one pint and bit down on something hard with a foul taste .. i immediately spit into my hand and saw what i bit down into was a bug with black and red wings ( later looked up on google and saw it’s called a boxelder bug?) .. I shouldn’t be surprised because as I was in the drive through I was looking at their score pasted on the window and wondering why it was a 100 and is now a 85.. Anyways , i won’t be back at this location and this is just to warn others to please be careful eating here. I’m truly upset at the money i wasted here.

Tried to go through the drive thru with my kids. Was completely shocked that the list of ice cream flavors was not on the drive thru menu. It is difficult to make a selection from the options when you don’t know what the options are. The drive thru customer should be able to have the same shopping experience as someone ordering inside. Please consider putting a list of the flavors on the drive thru menu.

I visited the Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts in Marietta during the virus scare. The interior looked very clean, but they did not allow dine in service. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a scoop of pralines and cream ice cream. The ice cream was cold and refreshing. This is my all-time favorite flavor of ice cream. It is loaded with ribbons of caramel and candied pieces of praline. My only complaint about Baskin-Robbins is that their prices are a little high, and their portion sizes are small.

Normally I have great service here, but I had really poor service today. I went to get ice cream to go and while it was being scooped, was told to go to the opposite side of the store to pay. The cashier tried to charge me double. Next, the person scooping the ice cream handed me a cup with no lid. I asked politely if they could put a lid on the cup since I would be in the car. I heard the rustle of a bag, and then was told "have a nice day" as everyone left and went to the back. No one handed me my ice cream. I had to find it at the other side of the store, and it was just thrown in the bag. The cup was upside down, resting on the lid. Very shocked and upset.
