The workers are rude, mainly the management which then trickles down to the staff. They also charge for sauce which just seems money grubbing and tacky. They would never do this in Kennesaw any other affluent area because those people understand how to run a franchise. This location also doesn’t cook the food based off of the recipe specifications. The store is poor ly managed, there are sanitation issues as well the staff moral is extremely lowe, management in store and gps hospitality completely out of touch, this location is in direction of failure as it is a total dysfunctional business.

Customer service here is not a priority. The staff is very rude and ghetto. I placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru. The extremely aggressive and rude employee refused to complete my order said I have to come in to get it then proceeded to run and lock the door before my man could get out the car and go in. I never got my order and I already paid. Now I have to wait for someone to get back with me.
