Two straight orders with missing items. Contacted support and their resolution isn’t acceptable to me. They need to get it together. I even asked at the window this time “is this everything” to which they replied yes. My pregnant wife was virtually in tears that her ice cream was missing. Get it together.

If I'm out and about and require food, I always go to the Chik Fil A. There are good and bad fast food restaurants, but CFA has always been consistently good. Never had one of those moments where I regretted coming there. That's what I'm payin for, a fine tuned crew that pays attention and makes sure my experience and food are both good.

DELIVERY DRIVER EXPERIENCELong story short, I'm waiting at the front of a few people, Chick-fil-A employees asks everyone around BUT me with my phone in my hand obviously waiting for service.. THEY SEE ME AND NEVER SAY NOTHING. I'm in here 10 minutes, thinking,,, that order on the counter better not be mine sitting getting cold so my tip can depreciate... sure enough FINALLY an Employee Decides to ask me what the name is. And it's the order that's been sitting in front of me for ten minutes while everyone just ignored me.Maybe cuz I'm mexican and they think I don't know English? Or just a un trained team of workers... who knows. Not delivering from here again

Picking up uber order. Tons of workers but could not get help. Never had to cancel a chic fil a order. Did not know there were bad ones. First and last time at this one.
I am a die hard chick fil a girl, it’s times like these where the service hit different, my girl Natalia made the experience so much faster than it would usually be because you know Mondays be having the place packed. She had my order ready before i could even sit down to wait , it was the perfect in and out after a long day of work.

I've had more bad luck at this CFA than any CFA.The traffic flow is horrible and desperately needs to be updated. I've sat in line for 10+ minutes before, only to be told at 10:30 (by the time it took to get up to the front) that they're serving lunch now.Yeah, first world problem, but this part of the parking lot genuinely gives me PTSD with the horrible way things back up. I'm amazed I don't see more accidents happening in this parking lot.The whole two line thing with someone taking the order outside does not speed things up. People still move in a zipper formation up at the front, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering before people in the other line.This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me, and I'm probably one of very few that have all these issues, but it's been years with problem after problem, so I figure it may as well leave a review about it instead of grumbling to myself.
