Judy's Country Kitchen is easy to find, near Sprayberry in the Corners Shopping Center (Post Oak Tritt & Sandy Plains Rd). Every day has a special, so I stopped in for Friday's lunch featuring fried catfish. The salad bar was fresh, with lots of variety (both greens and favorites such as potato salad, macaroni salad and coleslaw). This is a good place for a lunch buffet and reasonably priced. Their fried catfish (not served on all days) is very good. Not all items are great, but there is plenty to choose from. I have been there multiple times, with family, and will go back again.
