I’m almost positive yall forgot to put coffee in my caramel macchiato.. it basically tasted like I was drinking straight milk.It didn’t even look like there was coffee in the drink.. it was white like a whole cup of milk.

the place is usually a good hangout spot but over the past year and a half or so it has really been going down hill. the drinks are just bad now or hit or miss if your lucky and ridiculously priced (i can’t have a dairy and a medium chai with a dairy alternative is around $6!) you’ll get a good sandwich 1 out of 10 times and all the donuts are dry and bland. the staff is usually nice but sometimes they argue loud enough for the customers to hear. and if you stay too long you’re...read full review

Staff is always really nice but are they using dunkin coffee anymore? My last 2 drink orders (about 3 weeks apart) have tasted terrible! Nothing like what I used to get at this dunkin. And I'm only ordering Charlis. The associate even prompted me to get it with cream and sugar which I never have to do for a Charli. The cold foam is already really sweet. Please go back to serving dunkin coffee.
