We walked up and no one greeted us. There were 3 workers and I asked a young man if anyone was available to help customers. He said to use the kiosk. I said I wanted to make sure the donuts were available before ordering. We ordered and there was a lot of milling @ and finally got our donuts. They were average good but customer service needs improvement and customer service training.
This is my go-to DD. Recently the drive through times have become abysmal. It happened to coincide with the hiring of a new cashier girl. Unclear if they are related but there have been 3 times where I have now waited 10 minutes in the drive through with maybe 4 cars. Unacceptable, especially at 7AM. Currently waiting here again 10+ mins.
