Food was cold, mac&cheese and our sandwiches. Our son has been begging to come to Firehouse for months and when we finally bring him, they wanted us to wait 15 minutes to make more meatballs. They were not busy. 1-2 other people in the store besides us. So basically nobody cared they were low and made more. Also, the drink machine was almost out of every drink it makes. Again, no one is checking. My husband and I love Firehouse and visit multiple times in a months time. We will not be coming back to this one, though! Management, please get a trainer in there!!! The Firehouse in Hiram rocks!! Send someone over to this one, please!

I'm only giving 1 star because you have to give something to leave a review. I was passing this location On my way! Home and stopped to get a sandwich. I ORDERED A TURKEY ON WHEAT, got home which is 25mins away and these clowns gave me a HAM SANDWICH like wtf. Of course I returned it for a refund but what a damn inconvenience. I'll never return

Came in for a pick up order that wasn't ready. I wasn't greeted. Finally acknowledged by a female that says "are you waiting on something?"... she walks off as if she doesn't want to prepare the order so I left. I'm soooo tired of dealing with people with horrible customer service. Just don't show up if you don't like your job!

The last four times I’ve been here they’ve botched my order. For example, I’ve paid several dollars more for extra meat only to get home and find there’s no extras, or order ahead online and find they’ve not even started to make my sandwich when I arrive to pick it up. Today I ordered ahead and when I went to pick it up, i was told it was waiting for me on the pickup shelf. Nope, not there. Sandwiches are good when they’re made correctly, but they seem to drop the ball regularly.
WOW! Not only did this Firehouse have delicious food, but it had the best service! The manager, Joe, was the one helping me and helped me find the best choice for me and my 2 kids. He was kind and gave great and speedy service. We will definitely be back to this location!
