My grandpa comes in here often to order for himself and his wife who is in at home care. Mario and Carlos go above and beyond to make sure he is taken care of. I can’t tell you how nice it was to walk into this Jersey Mikes to pick up an order for my grandpa and have Mario and Carlos ask how my family was doing. I go here all the time, they are always great. This time, I ordered online and got the wrong size sandwich. They quickly fixed me another sandwich and offered a free one for next visit. Even offered to drive it to me, if I was far away. Went above and beyond.

Need to prioritize the customers actually waiting in line before making sandwiches for online orders...... Stood and watched them for 5-10 mins making other people's orders. Stuff like this really turns me off from businesses.
