I would give 5 except the price for a red snapper meal is over $40. Much too high. Having said that the fish is well seasoned, beans and five almost as great as I recall my hatian step mom making. I like sweet very soft plantains but these are not that. Overall the Ref Snapper meal is pretty good.
The food quality, taste and presentation all exceptional. Not much supervision of the food preparation workers. Today, I found foreign object in my legume. There’s a dude with questionable hygiene handling the food always without gloves, when there a box of glove right on the serving table. I personally observed him going to the bathroom and return to handle food without washing his hands. This is a violation of the health department regulations.
