I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, there were no customers and the employees were in the kitchen area on their phones or sweeping. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The employee who was sweeping seemed more concerned with that task than taking my order. When he finally did take my order, he didn't greet me or say thank you, he just asked what I wanted. This was the worse experience I've ever had at Panera... I'm very disappointed because I've come to expect spectacular service every time I visit. When I walked in the young man who was preparing food was deep in conversation with someone who was lying all over the counter. The conversation continued as I went to the restroom, came back and ordered my food, then waited for my food to be prepared.
