Amazing service.Parking out front-no public bathrooms. I went Saturday December 2nd right before close and I stress this because the person working was phenomenal!He was extraordinarily nice even though I know we got there 15 min until closing. My dad and I had come from a supremely boring event where there was no food so we were starving so we were so appreciative of kindness and quick service. We ended up getting a pappadia (I wish I got the name of the guy working but we forgot the name of this and said some ridiculous variations and somehow he knew what we were talking about.) and I got a gluten free pizza he even gave me the choice of garlic crust. I have been in the service industry before and I know it's annoying to come in so close to closing and asking for speciality food like gluten free pizza so I am sincerely thankful. My dad and I talked about how great the service was. Which is big for him because he's usually annoyed with most service! But we were very impressed. The pizza was amazing too! The pappadia is essentially a pizza folded in half. So pros of that is double cheese and toppings per bite! Gluten free crust is great not the normal super crunchy thin crust. We were starving but it was great. My mom had some of the gluten free pizza and she suffers from acid reflux really bad and she had not problem after eating this. I assume the tomato sauce isn't as acidic as the others? Not sure. I didn't snag a picture because we were starving lolThe place is small- traditional papa John's stop. No place to sit and eat. Papa Johns is the best pizza, and this is the best Pappa Johns.
Consistently good & I always get the carryout special, which is a Lg one top for $7.99. They have recently changed the price a couple of times. So, I’ll be back when the price drops back down to $7 or $7.99. FRUGAL

Got the $7.99 one topping special … after adding a few more toppings it cost me $17… then when I pick up they print a copy of receipt so that I am expected to tip… so $20 for a $7.99 special and nothing special about it… undercooked and tasted like

I do not normally go to this location but it was on my way to run errands,. When I saw the pepper included I asked for another one and the green haired girl advise me it would 85 cents more. Not use to that low of service from Papa johns. As you can see the one I got looks like some one already bit it in half!
Please train your employees on how to complete a simple transaction at the counter. I order for pick-up and am told they don’t have my order. Every single time this happens but only at this location. My wife was told that no one with that name had an order and sent back into the rain. Then I had to come into the store, behind the counter, to point out my pizza was sitting right there ready. Of course it had my name on the box but the employee had no record of my order in her system. Try to help address the problem instead of asking if I can provide a different name.

Seems they bring in new unprofessional staff and management here. We have waited for an hours to pickup the order and staff keep on lying on the status. Ultimately left without order. They are rude and have no clue what is happening. I will never order again.

Ordered Parmesan bread sticks, received plain dry bread sticks. Contacted the store to speak to the manager, told her this is not the first time this happens. Told her whoever that prepared the food needs some training. Manager was dismissive and does not care about what we have to say and hang up.
