Different I don't know if it's the manager or what but my matcha taste like all milk so she took the drink back and I got a different drink , so I get a matcha 5 times a week to hear that it's always made with mostly milk so I got to go back to making mine at home. Not to mention that I had to get back in this long line to get my changed that was due .What I don't get is why are yall asking for tips at the time of purchase, what is the tip for ? Pay these people

They always make my drink PERFECTLY. The only thing is the dude at the drive thru is a little bit too friendly... Nothing wrong with being a nice guy and making casual conversation, but I don’t think it’s necessary to overtly flirt or compliment my appearance or what I’m wearing. I really just want my drink and be on my way. My boyfriend doesn’t want me to go to this location anymore which is a shame because it’s perfectly convenient and the staff is great (even drive-thru guy). But it does make me a little uncomfortable to see that staff member anytime I go through the drive thru. With peace and love.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The entire staff is amazing but shoutout to Kristin! Kristin always gives me advice on how to make my drink better knowing what I like AND they are always patient and bubbly even when I know it’s busy and they are probably stressed.

This freestanding Starbucks on Sandy Plaines Rd is excellent - the baristas are very helpful - gave me 2 different samples of Nitro Cold Brew which is excellent for warm weather as is frozen mocha Frapp. My usual cool weather drink is Mocha Latte Venti which is excellent

Disappointment today as this is my go to location. Asked for a passion tea lemonade steamed and they refused to make it! Saying that I don't think you can get it steamed. Err other locations have zero issues with steaming it. Had to get it done else where.

just want to give high praise to all the staff saturday 4/1 around 2:30pm who helped remedy a situation that a previous location did not help with at the time. my venti iced shaken espresso missed the espresso and was straight CREAM. when you pay $7 for a drink, you kind of expect what you pay for. imagine paying $7 for a cocktail with no liquor- that’s how I felt about getting a drink with no espresso. so shout out to the lovely people who instantly saw what was wrong with my drink and NO QUESTIONS ASKED re-made the drink. ?

I always love a good Starbucks coffee. I had the vanilla latte on ice. It gives you that burst of energy you need . I don't do it often because of the price. It's a splurge for me and so well worth it,I'd say.
